In-Store Returns and Exchanges

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we will accept a return or exchange of unused full-priced merchandise within 30 business days of the delivery and/or purchase date if purchased in one our stores. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment. The original debit/credit card is required when returning in the store. If you do not have the original card that was used to make the purchase but you have the item and it is within 30 days, you will receive a gift card for the amount of the order. In order to receive a full refund or exchange, the merchandise also must be returned in the same packaging and condition in which it was received. We will not accept merchandise that has been worn, used or not in its original packaging. In such cases the merchandise will be returned to the customer. To initiate the return process please call 877.754.2676, email returns@helenficalora.com or visit one of our Helen Ficalora stores. Include your name, order number and order date, and which product(s) you would like to return. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, if you purchased an item with free shipping and are returning it to the store, a $15 shipping and handling fee will be taken out of your refund.

At this time, we will not accept returns for merchandise from any affiliate retailers in our Helen Ficalora stores. If you purchased Helen Ficalora products from another website or store, you must go through them directly in order to receive a refund. This goes for Amazon, eBay, Shoptiques, etc. If returning from one of these third party sites you must initiate the return through their platform.
