Returns And Exchanges

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we will accept a return or exchange if unused, full-priced merchandise within 30 business days of the delivery date.

Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment.

To receive a full refund or exchange, the merchandise must be returned in the same packaging and condition in which it was received.

We will not accept merchandise that has been worn, used, or is not in it’s original packaging. In such cases, the merchandise will be returned to the customer.

Please include your full name, contact information, order number, and a brief description of your return or exchange in your email.

We recommend that you insure your return and use secure packaging, such as a padded envelope or box, as paper envelopes can tear easily and the item could be lost.
